The Constitutional Monument has been moved to the Markel Corporation's national headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. It will stay there until it becomes the center piece of the Spirit of Freedom National Exposition Tour.

In September 2008, the Spirit of Freedom National Exposition Tour will launch in Philadelphia and travel to 20 cities a year over a three year period. This tour will enhance students' appreciation for the freedoms and values they are provided as American citizens. It will also offer corporate sponsors the opportunity to be involved in a project aimed at restoring pride, education and enthusiasm in the next generation of business leaders.

Housed in a 40,000 square foot exhibit and featuring full-sized bronze replicas of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, the Spirit of freedom Tour will ultimately reach millions of school children and public guests. The interactive nature of the exhibit will engage visitors, making them  part of history as it unfolds before their eyes. The tour will be supported by Outreach and Continuing Education teams to help engrain the monumental importance of American history in the fabric of our school systems and society.
